Pick-Up Point

 

When choosing our pick-up service at the Malaga Airport, we will place at your disposal a driver that will be waiting for you upon arrival at the terminal (Terminal 3) with a sign with your name on it so you can quickly recognise them.

The driver will help you carry the luggage to the vehicle and take you to the chosen destination. During the times of greatest tourist influx, it is very possible to coincide with other drivers who are providing the same service to other customers, for this reason, we advise you to calmly identify the driver who is waiting for you.

In addition to this, you will not have to worry if the flight arrives late or if it has been moved forward, at Narixatransferwe carry out a control of the flights so that the driver is at the exact time at the terminal. Through the AENA website, we check the arrival times of each flight.

 

I have made my reservation online. Where is my receipt?

When making the reservation through our website, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided. This email will serve as a receipt or proof of reservation.

I have made a reservation, but the confirmation email has not arrived yet

Once the reservation is processed, a confirmation email is sent immediately and automatically. If you do not receive this email after a few minutes, first check the spam folder to verify that it was not delivered there (especially recommended in the case of Hotmail accounts); secondly, check that the email address you entered is correct and does not have any mistakes. If none of these steps solve the problem, contact us and we will help you solve it.

Can I modify my reservation?

If, for any situation, you need to change any of the information you indicated in the reservation, whether it is the destination, the number of travellers, the time, or any other data, you should contact us through the contact form on our page or by sending an email to the following email address info@narixatransfer.com. We will answer your request as soon as possible and we will contact you to communicate any changes that may result in the price.

When it comes to buying online or providing personal data, there is always the question of whether the page will be secure. At NarixaTransfer.es, we take great care of data protection to offer a totally secure and reliable website.

How do you make an online reservation at Transfer4You?

Booking at NarixaTransfer is a quick and easy process that will not take more than a couple of minutes.

First, select the place of origin, the destination, the number of travellers and if you want a “one-way” or “round trip” travel. With this information, the booking engine will indicate the price of the reservation. Pressing the “Reserve” button will open a page where you will find the selected information of the reservation and the total price. At this point, it will be mandatory to indicate additional contact information such as name, phone and email.

 

What should I do if the arrival time of the flight has changed?

In case the flight suffers a modification regarding the schedule, you will only have to contact us through the form that appears on the web or by sending an email to info@narixatransfer.com as soon as possible.

 

 

Will I have to pay more if the flight is delayed?

For the pick-up services at the Malaga Airport, it is essential to indicate the flight number at the time of booking. This way, we will be informed at all times of the exact arrival time of the flight knowing possible delays and getting one of our drivers to be at the terminal waiting for you when the flight lands. For all this, if the flight arrives late you will not have to worry about notifying or paying more for it.

 

 

When should I confirm the return trip?

When making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find all the steps and instructions to confirm the reservation. In any case, it will be necessary to indicate to the driver the time and pick-up location for the return trip. If the transfer is to the airport, we recommend planning the departure with enough time to get to the terminal and check in. Our experience leads us to recommend leaving 2 or 3 hours before the flight time.

 

 

 

Do you have vehicles adapted for wheelchairs?

Yes, at NarixaTransfer we put at your disposal a large fleet of vehicles with the option of having a vehicle adapted for wheelchairs. It will be necessary to indicate it in the reservation form, within the “Other Data” section.

 

 

 

 

How I can pay?

 

Through our page you can make the reservation and pay directly to the driver when arriving at the destination. The driver will accept only payment in cash or credit card and in euros.

 

 

 

 

The indicated price is per person or total?

 

The price that appears both in the booking engine and in the confirmation page corresponds to the total price of the service. This price will be the only one that you will have to pay the driver once you arrive at your destination, without any modification or extra surcharge.

We are a Transfers company that works every day to maintain low and competitive prices within the private transport sector in Malaga. By not having an excessive advertising investment, we can set competitive prices. I need a child seat, is there any additional cost?

The child protection seat is an additional free service. You should only indicate it at the time of making the reservation in the “Other Data” section, providing relevant information about the child such as age, weight or height. This will help us select the best protection and security by choosing the right seat.
